Woman Shocked to Discover Her Sick Kitten Is Actually a Rare Wolf Cat
On 5/12/21 at 8:04 AM EDT
A woman who thought her kitten was sick was shocked to discover it was in fact a rare wolf cat.
Owner Bree began sharing clips on TikTok of her bizarre-looking kitten, after the two cats she fostered had babies.
Bree, from Maine, had a litter of a dozen kittens in total, but one, Gracie, stood out from the others.
Initially she thought the tiny cat was ill, as she had bald patches, was weak and looked very different from her siblings.
In a now-viral video, Bree, a photographer, explained: We thought she was just very sick. We had no idea she was a baby wolf cat.

Russian Blue Cats: Physical Attributes
Long and slender, the Russian Blue has a triangle-shaped head and wide, pointed, large ears. The breed’s broad forehead and long, straight nose contribute to their sleek and elegant look. Though they look slender, the breed has a surprisingly strong, muscular body. That musculature has even earned them a nickname, “the Doberman Pinscher of cats.” The breed is physically impressive altogether, with long legs that enable them to run fast and move gracefully.
