Earlier this year, the El Dorado Parks and Playgrounds Commission lost one its biggest champions following the death of former commissioner and community volunteer Alexis Alexander.
Roy Bullock Sr. told members of the El Dorado City Council Thursday that he sought the Ward 3, Position 2 council seat because he had a desire to represent Ward 3 residents and their issues and concerns as a member of the governing body.
