For the first time in Palm Coast's history as a city, two women are serving on the city council at the same time, one of whom is the city's first African American female council member.
During the meeting, an angry Danko also said as soon as a mayor is elected to the city council he would make a motion to fire interim city manager Denise Bevan because she has kept open what he described as a baseless case accusing him of interfering with city employees. He also said he would move to fire city attorney William Reischmann, whom Danko accused of lying to him.
