Pretty low wages to provide this sort of safety net, especially in Supportive Housing or even in our lowincome housing and they deal with populations that [speaker not understood] trained on how to deal appropriately with. A lot of tenants, inner conflicts, stuff like that. Maybe Mental Health [speaker not understood]. And finally, eviction prevention. What we hear a lot from our partners in the nonprofit world along with the experiences that we have with clients is that oftentimes you work so hard to get a client housed and then either because of hoarding and cluttering or some sort of break in the rules or Mental Health exacerbation there is not the appropriate support. It is kind of ironic when it happens in Supportive Housing, the situation where we have clients with an eviction on their record. So, working with somebody intensely, putting up a structure in place that would really try to minimize eviction on the records would be really, really helpful. Those are great suggestions.

Would my colleague yield . Absolutely. At last nights hearing it was established that the irs has had over 800 million cuts in its budget slated for an additional 350 million this year. You cant have it both ways. You cant be cutting the irs that kind of amount and then decry the fact that theyve got antiquated i. T. Systems. I thank my colleague for yielding. My time has expired. I thank the gentle lady and the gentleman for pointing out the 10,000 less workers but not a smaller i. T. Budget. I know the chairman shares my concern about the i. T. Investment. I really do. I wish you had stayed longer last night to hear the accolades from both sides of the dais for the i. G. I thank you for raising them yourself. Just so that were clear, mr. Horowitz, am i correct in characterizing our discussion about the correct reading of the Inspector General act as nonpartisan in nature . Correct. All right. We have in our possession several letters written over the course of late 2011 from attorney general eric holder and Deputy Attorney james coal. In each of these letters, over the objection of the fbi General Council, the Department Grants you access to sensitive material.
