Third Saturdays in WesTen in December The WesTen District welcomes you to Third Saturdays in WesTen with Council Grove Historically Local Tour at Castle Falls, and a Marking Tree Design Open House located at 3706 Northwest 16th, the 12Noon-2PM that will give you the opportunity to see Zach Hammack’s artistry and learn the importance of local history told through wood. There is no charge for the open house and registration is not required.
