I am happy to do the economic terms, which i want to thank mr. I want to thank the flower market for, which has been in motion up until a couple of hours ago and i do believe that we have resolved the last issue last issues where we were a million and a half dollars apart , but until i see language restating the agreement that gives every vendor the unfettered ability to petition their government and talk to the press without any recrimination by contract, i will ask for a continuance until our next meeting on the 7th of january, 2020. When i see this language, i will ask my colleagues to vote on this. I sincerely want to thank all of the parties, the deputy City Attorney who i call charles sullivan, but is now somebody else, on both sides for the Kilroy Corporation and for the vendors of which there are numerous council. Dozens of phone calls and emails of people complaining theyre not feeling safe, that there are fires being lit in tent encampments, that there is needles, human waste, that there are people in Mental Health crisis. Supervisor haney and i passed this so we have a permanent longterm solution to the problem. What is the city is doing is moving people from one corner to the next. Im glad that some supervisors dont have to deal with those problems, but those of us that do every day, its not just, you know, a natural phenomenon that all people who are experiencing homelessness feel that the only places that they can go are district 6, 9 and 10 with some in 8 and some in 5. Its a manmade phenomenon. Its the fact that police let things happen that the Homeless Department let things happen in certain neighborhoods and dont in others. If were serious about all being part of the solution in solving this problem, then please dont put that responsibility on three or four supervisors. Please stand u
