This happened shortly before 3 15 in the afternoon on veterans day. The motorcyclist going and did not care about anything. Hit her, and she tumbled. She literally did a 360 and went right down. Reporter fortunately, people in the area helped his mother. Police arrived quickly. He says that rosie takes daily walks for exercise. She went to the post office to drop off something to the mail.
