They dont want to be told dont do, dont do, dont do, because i think thats an environment they grew up in. They want a goal that they can achieve, and they want it to be short ask to the point. And i dont think this is just millennials, i think were all going there. I think thats the way we communicate in general. Yeah. Its a good question and something we think a lot about. I think, to fall. Part of visits institutionalizing it but also, so weve done that through harder ships with different agencies. Lets move childcare, a partnership between hhs. When you have those kind of partnerships it adds that infrastructure and we tried to do that in a number of different places. But also its about and working to have the issues transcend us and helped to spark action and activity and engagement in ways that are going to take off that we are not actually doing. And a lot of that is in the way we approach different partnerships. But also just the cultural aspect of it.
