Come forward. Alan wang shows us what happened. Reporter the woman in this video has no idea she is being targeted by two young men who dont realize they are being caught on camera. The robbers stole her purse on east 17th street in oakland. They were exposed by surveillance cameras and Police Arrested them. Investigators released this video in hopes there might be other victims out there who have not come forward yet. Reporter we went back to the same block and found a woman who says her purse was stolen and she was pistol whipped on the same day within the same hour as the woman in the video.
