Tamra Judge says that friend and former co-star Vicki Gunvalson is having a really hard time after her ex-fiancé Steve Lodge announced his engagement this week.
The former police officer, who ran for governor of California in the recent Gavin Newsom recall election, popped the question to Orange County teacher Janis Carlson before Christmas.
