Missing in the wake of devastating flooding. At least four people are known to have died. The fast moving water has cut off entire towns and some 19,000 homes have been destroyed or damaged. New this morning, First Responders continue Helicopter Rescue operations. One is so large its become the Biggest Mission of its kind since hurricane katrina.
