Two sentenced in court
COSHOCTON - Two men from Coshocton were sentenced recently in separate cases in Coshocton County Common Pleas Court by Judge Robert Batchelor.
Gabriel L. Persinger, 27, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. He had a previous domestic violence conviction in West Virginia. Persinger pled guilty to causing harm to a young child.
Jonathan C. Householder, 29, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions for one count of aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony. He was originally indicted with a second-degree count of assault. Coshocton County Prosecutor Jason Given said the count was amended due to request of the victim, who wished to avoid a trial. .
