Morton Ave. was arrested at 9:41 p.m. Tuesday after being accused of punching someone she is dating, according to a police report. ACCIDENTS • Dustin R. Cook, 40, of Jacksonville was cited on a charge of disobeying a traffic control device after the car he was driving and one being driven by Jacqueline L. Flynn, 60, of Jacksonville collided at 8:46 a.m. Wednesday at West College Avenue and Main Street. Flynn was cited on a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle. THEFTS, BURGLARIES • About $1,512 worth of items were stolen about 4 p.m. Monday from a business in the 1200 block of West Morton Avenue, according to a report filed at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday.
