The struggle for diversity in the fashion industry has been a long one, but the movement took a leap forward in 2018 when body-positivity model and advocate Khrystyana began hosting The Real Catwalk, an open-to-the-public fashion and lingerie runway which includes models of all shapes, sizes, creeds, colors, sexualities, and gender expressions. Normally a guerilla-style pop-up event, the original Real Catwalk took place out in the open and under the lights of Times Square, in front of hundreds of onlookers and with hundreds of models, both professional and novice. LOS ANGELES You might not associate the name Marty Lamb with the 2020 World Series champion Dodgers, but they might not have that title without him.
Lamb was the signing scout for Walker Buehler, Will Smith, Matt Beaty and Caleb Ferguson from last year’s roster. Zach Reks, added to the roster last month, is another Lamb signing, as is 2020 first-rounder Bobby Miller, as were Chad Billingsley, A.J. Ellis, Bryan Morris and Cory Wade.

For better or worse, I’m a completist. In 17 years of analyzing Hall of Fame ballots using my JAWS system, I’ve never let a candidate pass without comment, no matter how remote his chance of election. From the brothers Alomar to the youngest Alou and the elder Young, I’ve covered ’em all. Thus it’s my sworn duty to tackle the minor candidates on the 2021 BBWAA ballot.
