And i think one of the the difficult challenges we see with individuals across the country is the ability the inability to predict or know what is expected of them as far as their obligations under our environmental laws. Chairman, that if confirmed as the epa administrator, this public participation, cooperative federalism, rule of law being the focus of how we do business at the epa is center to restoring confidence and certainty in those that are regulated.
