On December 10, 2020, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that a grand jury had indicted the former owner of a therapist staffing company in Texas for a Sherman Act §1 violation. The indictment alleges that Mr. Jindal, and an employee acting at his direction, approached competitors about agreeing to lower wages for physical therapists, whom Mr. Jindal’s company hired to provide healthcare services to patients at home and in assisted living facilities.
