The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted bail to Krishnan Subramanian, former group CEO of Religare Enterprises Limited in connection with siphoning of public money to the tune of Rs 2,397 crores of Ms Religare Finvest Ltd
The Delhi court said that economic offences are considered to be grave, especially when public money is involved and courts have to be careful in granting bail in such cases.
