COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) announced 182 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 4 new confirmed deaths Wednesday, May 12. This information is accurate as of May 10.
Today’s report brings the total number of people with confirmed cases since the outbreak began to 486,537 and confirmed deaths to 8,453.
Of the 4 deaths reported, one was a middle-aged person (ages 35 to 64), and three were elderly (65 and older).
