PHOENIX (AP) Arizona lawmakers are advancing legislation backed by utilities to have state regulators, not their federal counterparts, regulate disposal of toxic ash produced by coal-fired power plants.
Across Arizona, there are several hundred massive electrical towers that help bring electricity to people's homes, and should they stop working properly, the consequences could be dire. This is why a group of journeyman lineman with Salt River Project work hard to maintain these towers.
