Firefighters who tackled a large blaze at a barn which led to a major incident being declared have said the cause of the incident was accidental .
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) were called out to the scene which is not far from Whitsand Bay Golf Course at around 1.40pm on Wednesday (March 3) after receiving reports of an outbuilding being alight.
A major incident was soon declared and road closures put in place near the site as several crews from CFRS along with some from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the flames.
