Bournemouth and Poole College Lansdowne campus BOURNEMOUTH & Poole College is one of 16 earmarked for major improvements in the latest phase of the government s Further Education Capital Transformation Fund. The college s Lansdowne site has been identified as one of those most in need of upgrading across the country. Now it will work with the Department for Education to plan improvements and funding is expected to be awarded in the autumn. The government s £1.5 billion fund was first launched in September last year to rebuild and transform college estates and create modern, fit-for-purpose spaces that meet the needs of students and the communities they serve.
