Shes 26 and she treated Thomas Eric Duncan while he was here at Texas Health Presbyterian hospital. Duncan died last week. We just confirmed that she received a blood transfusion from an ebola survivor, dr. Kent brantly. It is a stark contrast of them loading her on to and off of the plane when they were in full head to toe hazmat gear. During the three hour flight pham flew in a specialized containment. It took a toll on her. The doctors downgraded her saying she is fatigued because of the trip. And the second dallas nurse that contracted ebola, and they have now identified up to 16 people up from 12 who were in close contact with vinson. The person at the highest risk, her stepfather.
