BUCHAREST (Romania), March 17 (SeeNews) - Swedish investment fund Oresa said it completed the acquisition of Solo Iasi industrial and logistics park in Romania from Tester Group - a deal marking its entry on the Romanian real estate market.
The deal, whose value was not disclosed, was financed by Oresa s own funds and by a loan from Raiffeisen Bank, the buyer said in a press release on Tuesday. We were attracted by the strategic location of the park in northeastern Romania, by the quality of assets and by the opportunity to expand and grow this project, Oresa managing director Cornel Marian said.
