Corionsa "Khorry" Ramey won't be able to be with her father in his final moments because Missouri state law does not allow anyone under 21 to be present during an execution.
"My dad is the most important person in my life. He has been there for me my whole life, even though he s been incarcerated," Corionsa "Khorry" Ramey said.
