New almanac follows contours of Vermont
Vermont Almanac launched in December, and features contributors from around the state, including the Upper Valley.
The first issue of “Vermont Almanac” includes a profile of Gabriel, a man from the Mexican state of Guerrero who has worked at a Vermont dairy farm for the past 12 years.
The August chapter of the “Vermont Almanac” includes several photographs of agricultural fairs, including this photograph taken in Rutland.
The “Vermont Almanac” includes a 2020 fishing report in its July chapter.
Among several articles in the “Vermont Almanac” about keeping bees is one titled “Getting Started with Honey Bees.”
