west patapsco avenue and joins us live with the latest. reporter: the active scene here. let s look at patapsco village shopping center near annapolis road and patapsco avenue off the 295. a dozen cop cars are here. very active. we have a dozen police officers on scene. we are trying to get more information from the pio but this is what we know so far. this started last night with a shooting in the city. we are told the suspect ran off. he was pulled over by a baltimore county cop on 695 near washington boulevard. the two got into a fight and the suspect then got into the cop car and stole that and drove away. the suspect eventually abandoned the patrol car. he stole another car and eventually stopped here in the patapsco village shoppinger and that s why shopping center and that s why you see so many officers. we are working to gather more information. we got off the phone with baltimore city police waiting to get more information from the public information officer ther
