Per the health code the definition is that you can either have 1 person practicing themselves or up to shared space with three other practitioners. This is per the health code definition. What we are proposing as i stated from the beginning of this process is i want to be able to exempt the practitioner spot whether you are alone or up to four. However each practitioner will be required to have a dph sole practitioner massage requirement. I think thats something that folks are in agreement with. All right.
