Suburban Christians, Jews and Muslims will come together to break bread at the 12th annual Interfaith Potluck For Peace on Sept. 10, at St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights.
Muslim Community Center Chicago Interfaith Team organized a dialog during Ramadan interfaith dinner to peace builds peace and compassion in the Chicago community by uniting people of diverse faiths and cultures.
Each summer, Saint Viator High School hosts a Service & Song Camp for current and prospective students. The weeklong experience focuses on service to others, one of the core values at the Arlington Heights school. This year, students spent one of the camp days making fleece blankets and cards for SALUTE, Inc.
