IIFM and ISDA have also published an </span><a href="https://www.isda.org/a/rVtgE/IIFM-IBOR-Bilateral-Amendment-Agreement.docx">ISDA/IIFM Shari’ah-Compliant Bilateral Amendment Agreement</a><span> template to enable institutions to agree with their counterparties to incorporate the fallbacks for existing Islamic hedges. </span><span> </span></p>
