The University of Arkansas’ student success center established an advisory board that draws feedback from student workers in the departments housed within the center. Student-employees at the University of Arkansas have a new opportunity to lead conversations related to their work in the student success center. The student staff advisory board, established in January, meets biweekly and looks to positively impact student experiences on campus and with the center, as well as their experiences as employees and facilitators of academic support. For administrators, the process improves student feedback channels and centers operations on the learner.
Undergraduate students are invited to a drop-in event from 1-2 p.m. Friday in the Student Success Center, room 324 of the CORD, to learn about on-campus and study abroad opportunities this coming year.
