Cordatus said it expects to invest £200m (€233m) this year as it becomes the investment management partner of choice for Middle East investors seeking to invest in the UK. The £310m real estate asset manager’s plan is to target acquisitions between £10m and £50m, across all property types. Michael Cunningham, director at Cordatus Real Estate, said: “We believe in long-term relationships with our investors by maintaining the highest standards of trust, ethics and governance. We spent considerable time looking for a Middle Eastern partner to be the right fit and we are confident JISR will prove to be that partner.
