¯ A deputy took a report Monday that Travis E. Williams violated a temporary protection order. The order was issued March 2 and Alvin Biehl was the protected party. The violation occurred on April 24 while he was at work. Biehl received a call from a phone number of someone known to him. Williams communicated with that individual and had utilized their phone. A warrant was requested for Travis E. Williams, 24, of 53287 State Route 681, Reedsville, and issued on a charge of violating a protection order.

¯ Jesse Ryan Shafer, 36, of Marietta, was arrested for receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor; and contempt of court, and breach of recognizance, both felonies.
