Hundreds of youth and their families lined the shores of the lake and Little River at Jeffers Bend Saturday to enjoy the 23rd annual Take Kids Fishing Day.
A pavilion dedication ceremony was held at Jeffers Bend Environmental Center on Friday with community leaders including city and county officials, HWEA employees, Jeffers Bend Steering Committee and East Construction.
