Continuing our evidentbased practices implementation, we know what were doing is working and we are being recognized nationally for our results. Continuing to implement the contracts of Service Providers for housing, sex offender treatment, job readiness, substance abuse, cognitive behavioral services, and as the sheriff spoke previously about the reentry pod. Before i move into changes in the budget, id really like to thank the mayors Budget Office kate howard and Melissa Howard for all their support. Controllers office and also harvey roses office and specifically amanda guma who worked closely with our staff. We are not in complete agreement, but we continue to work on that. But in terms of our overall budget and the changes, all of the changes in our budget is really related to two things. That under the current system, because we have so many of those individuals who were once incarcerated at the state level, being pushed down to the counties, theres no room at the end in terms of the county jails. So misdemeanors arent going to be sentenced to county jail but will be sentenced in Community Service or whatever. And for those individuals who do need some measure of control and supervision to deal about deal with their conviction problems, its not going to happen at the misdemeanor level. Let me go to a couple of the questions from the audience. Ive shared them with our District Attorney. George, two questions there, one related to whether or not drug possession should be treated differently for adults than from juveniles. And then a question about back on track, whether or not that program would be positively or adversely affected by senator lenos proposal.
