Black apprentice electrician, 23, finds two nooses hanging in his work space after being targeted by his white colleagues Kyrin Taylor, 23, says he was working for Cooper Power & Lighting Corp in Long Island s Farmingdale neighborhood on April 20 when he found the nooses Both were hanging in a work area that Taylor frequents on a daily basis and had allegedly been put there by his white colleagues  Taylor said he called police and his union to report the incident but was scolded by his boss for involving authorities  Taylor, who has worked at the company since December, said he is the only black employee
