That’s part of why Rumplik, the science specialist at Clark School in Agawam and Granger School in Feeding Hills, was recently named a Conservation Teacher of the Year by MassAudubon. “Science is truly her passion, and it’s something she’s passionate about passing along to her students,” said Stephanie Gendron, the principal at Granger. “She packs as much into each lesson as she possibly can. … You can definitely tell, with everything extra she’s done, especially this year. I don’t think you could ask more of someone.”

And because many of the exhibits can be viewed at any time, and from the privacy of home, Rumplik hopes there will be even more attendees.
