PUTRAJAYA, Jan 23 The rise in non-subsidised cooking oil prices was influenced by the rising price of crude palm oil (CPO) since August last year, said Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.
