The independent panel who scored ultimately selected davis and associates felt confident that there wouldnt be any conflict of interest. Also in our existing contract with davis and associates we have privacy clauses and conflict of interest clauses. I think we at the pc feel confident that there is no conflict of interest and any work that davis and associates will do for the pc will not be conflict future work with pg e.
