Delhi High Court recently set aside a decision by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) to rusticate and evict a PhD student from the hostel on the ground of it not sustaining on facts or in law. Advising all educational institutes to follow statutory procedures while trying to instil discipline on their premises.
