They have added sound dampening measures along the Property Lines, removed fire pits on the back deck, and as i said, as a result, the north neighbor is in support of the project. They did reach out and work with the south neighbor. She is obviously not on board, that said, the project is currently designed smaller then a current massing diagram that they have provided earlier on in the process. There is that, and in addition to that, or Property Line window is not being covered by the project. It is being sent back 5 feet at the bottom. I cant even remember how much the contact is at the top, but it is not covering the Property Line window. A couple of things i want to say , the existing building on site today is 5,000 square feet.
