+ February 10, 2021 THE Board of Directors of the Rural Transit Mindanao Inc. (RTMI) have re-appointed Leo Rey Yanson (LRY) as chairman and president of the firm during their organizational meeting Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
RTMI is one of the subsidiaries of the Yanson Group of Bus Companies (YGBC), the largest bus conglomerate in the country.
The Yanson matriarch, Olivia V. Yanson (OVY), was re-appointed as RTMI’s corporate secretary and treasurer.
