A person killed in a plane crash Tuesday in Concord has been identified as Jacek Romansk, 75, of Berkeley, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say the pilot was killed when a single-engine plane crashed on a city street near a small San Francisco Bay Area airfield. The crash was reported around 11 a.m.
