She told Shannon Butler not enough is being done to catch the killer. Its terrible, its unbelievable to me. Shes not coming back. The commissioner says shes more convinced than ever that her daughter was no accident. She received this death certificate from the state of florida that shows the official cause of death is still unknown. But, that the contributing factor was from bleach. Hill says it was from bleach that someone poured on her. The bleach attack is what killed my daughter. Hospital the day before she died that someone threw bleach on her. She was treated and released but that her daughter would not tell the hospital who attacked anyone
