midtown manhattan. this is the scene now at the post office on 52nd between 8th and 9th avenue cordoned off on both sides. detectives and police officer. the total containment vehicle, the tcv, a bomb vehicle, the bomb truck come in here. the suspicious package was discovered this morning. a postal worker tells fox news it looked exactly like the package they ve seen on tv, yellow manila envelope, excessive postage stamps and we know through sources also this was addressed to the former director of national intelligence james clapper. this vehicle we re talking about, the total containment vehicle is designed to be able to move these packages or any bomb if it were to go off there are air vents on the side of the truck to allow the pressure to come out and keep the shrapnel inside. that s what we are oef awaiting now. the fact of the matter is we re just seven blocks away from the time warner center where that
different kind of distribution warehouses if you will receive these packages. and then from there, they send them along to other distribution centers and then obviously it trickles down the chain if you will to get to your house or to a specific business. so if it is going to a specific regional distribution center, that gives them a little bit of a better handle as far as where the package may have been coming from and where it may go to. so that will allow them conceivably to start to develop a little bit of a picture of potential sites where these packages could enter the mail stream. and so i think that is right now i know that is a key focus of what the fbi and the joint terrorism task forces in new york and florida are working on. let s stay on that, as we take a look at that containment vehicle in police terms making its way to the facility in the bronx. that s what you are looking at. that is the highway leading out to that direction in new york. but down in florida, plenty

private businesses and the ones the nypd put up on bridges and houses and subways. somebody would have seen something. and they are going to put together a pattern and we will learn more about this sooner than later. the nypd is responding to a suspicious package received at a nonresidential building in the tribeca area, and it s unclear to us if the package is quite similar in nature to the one received here yesterday at cnn, and you can see the containment vehicle that was parked in front of our headquarters yesterday in order to receive the suspicious package in the safest way possible. the tribeca film center is located at this address. we have no idea who the recipient or target of this one was, but shimon is working his sources and he s on the phone.
