Good evening im lucy noland. Im iain page. Lets get right out to fox 29s Shawnette Wilson live at the scene tonight as police try to piece together what happened. Shawnette . Reporter piece together is exactly right. Police say there are no cameras on this road. They dont have any witnesses but based on what they found so far, they do believe this car was lit on fire. I was shock. I was shock. When they said it was a vehicle fire i actually thought okay, well maybe there was something mechanically wrong with the vehicle. Reporter Bishop Conrad chambers works a mile and a half up the road from where police say they were called to a car fire around 3 30 this afternoon. But when firefighters arrived and put out the flames, they made a gruesome discovery. In the front drivers side of the vehicle they found a mail who was charred to the bone. Reporter crime scene investigators and homicide detectives immediately blocked off the road and began their work. Considering this a suspicious death.

I dont want to get into too much, but for today, we discovered that the subpoena power or Court Decision would be to with the property that there was a deed recorded and stating that the owners who is deceased and that somebody else had ownership, and that the superior Court Decision was that document was. inaudible and that deed was reversed. So, i think that it would be best that we would just move forward cleanly, and on the order of abatement rather than being dragged into the details that dont need to be exposed in public with regard to the whole ownership. So i just do that. And am i to understand that there is nobody living in there, so it is fr an empty building. That is my understanding. You have a question . I personally have been involved with this issue since april of last year and i wish that these issues have been resolved by now, there are physical and financial impediments that prevent that from occurring, i have since april offered to participate and assist and be at meetings and talk to whoever might choose to call me and talk to me about this, and i have repeatedly felt as though, intentionally or not, i have been kept out of the loop here, and i understand that there are budgetary concerns from the departments behalf but when i dont get a department of the staff report, and i have asked for a copy of this months ago and i am returning phone calls to people that clearly understand that i am involved but it makes it difficult for me to try to help you and the home owner get to where everybody would like to be.
