what happened and when? for all intents and purposes, this occurred in egyptian air space. so this is up to the egyptians to organize this particular accident investigation. and it is up to them, whether they want to include other investigative bodies. the russians, i would assume, it would be a custom to involve that government. and anybody else. even the national transportation safety board. the ntsb here in the united states could be involved on a consulting basis. but all of these parties get together and all of these experts get together and they go through a very organized process on how to begin this accident investigation. right now, the concern is for the families. recovering, unfortunately, the bodies and getting the loved ones, the friends and the family involved, so that they have some sort of conclusion to what occurred. and then we go into the investigation itself. and this will be a painstaking investigation.
the analogy we always say is date before you get married. to the extent that you can start working with somebody, get a little feel for how it s going to be, pay them on a consulting basis or say, look, i m not prepared to commit to your involvement in this business. let s start working informally and see where it goes. that s always better than rushing to form a partnership really early. often times that doesn t end well. what do you think, stella? the very fact that the question s being asked means that the role this partner is going to play isn t defined. and the strength that they re going to balance out in the team isn t clear. if you re going to take someone on, make sure that they re a genius at something you re not and really contributing. also, your equity is the most valuable thing you have in a small business. so often small businesses are hand i handing it out for things like a website and logo. hold on to that for as long as you can until you really need a partner. s

we interview them twice. i actually want to change it all up. if it s a key hire, i m into dating before you get married. if there s a way to hire on a consulting basis or longer term basis and test them out first, it takes the pressure off. put them in a lower risk opportunity, then you are not stuck with them and have to go to the prenup. good question. this question comes from frank. when do you decide to take out more money for your business or just quit? how do you know, are you throwing in good money for bad? there s a grow-up stage in business. if you have problems, you have to figure out, are the problems with your whole business concept? is it the math won t work? you can t charge enough? you have tried, they won t pay it. the competition is too fierce?
