In any environment, crime is a burden on business. Minister of public works Sihle Zikalala is on Tuesday discussing the construction mafia and possible solutions to the problem with 'Frank Dialogue' host Onkgopotse JJ Tabane at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton.
The party threatened to file a complaint against Zikalala with the public protector due to him failing to provide substantial proof of his claims over 200 arrests were made in connection with the armed groups.
