Last weekend was Easter, and to help make a difference in the lives of young kids as well as to show the community he cares a local constable hopped to it to deliver Easter baskets.
We’re checking out Constable Council Nedd’s recent efforts in Centre County in this week’s Civic Service Report.
“So Constables don’t often get the chance to be officer friendly. Often they show up at people’s houses for not fun reasons. We’re there to serve a warrant or serve an eviction.”
So to try and change that image, Constable Council Nedd decided to start his work around the holidays.
