Consolidator Kingswood has reported 10% profit growth across the group driven in part by acquisitions and organic growth. The group said operating profit was £5m in the first half of this year, which is £0.5m more than the same period in 2022.
Consolidator Kingswood has agreed to buy Metnor Holdings, and its subsidiaries IBOSS Asset Management and Novus Financial Services, for an initial cash consideration of £9.6m.
