The Conservatives Stephen Mold has been elected Northamptonshire s Police and Crime Commissioner for a second term.
Stephen Mold has been elected for a second term as Northamptonshire’s Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.
At the election count today (Monday 10 May), Stephen beat three candidates to be returned as Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for a further three years.
The position, which aims to ensure the policing needs of the county are met as effectively as possible, has been held by Mr Mold since 2016. His first term lasted one year longer than usual after the election last year waas postponed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
